JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for administering and supporting the bank’s loan origination system and other software platforms used throughout the lending process. This role ensures system integrity, manages configurations, provides user support, and partners with business units to optimize workflows and maintain compliance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
System Administration (40%)
Maintains and configures loan origination and related lending systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Keeps up to date on system releases and makes recommendations on new functionality to adopt.
Collaborates with lending teams to identify process improvements.
Designs and implements enhancements to lookup table configurations, user interface, and workflows.
Manages user access, security roles, and permissions.
Monitors and maintain data quality within the systems.
Monitors routine data imports and troubleshoots import issues.
System Support & Troubleshooting (25%)
Provides technical support to end-users.
Troubleshoots and resolves basic system issues.
Coordinates with vendors to escalate and resolve more complex system issues, when they arise.
Training & Documentation (10%)
Maintains existing documentation and procedures.
Develops new documentation and procedures for system enhancements and/or new functionality.
Provides training to new and existing end users.
Project Management (10%)
Supports business unit projects involving lending technology.
Serves as point of contact between the bank and vendors for implementation projects.
Scopes and prioritizes systems enhancements and upgrades.
Manages project plans and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Reporting (10%)
Creates new reports within the lending systems as needed.
Maintains existing reports within the systems to ensure proper filters and information is being provided.
Generates and distributes weekly and monthly reports from the systems.
Assists with preparation of monthly asset quality reports.
Reconciles data from lending systems to the core platform.
Leadership (5%)
Demonstrates leadership as an individual contributor by sharing knowledge, modeling high standards, fostering accountability, and promoting open communication.
Performs other duties as required and assigned.
