Inside Sales/ Customer Service

Our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales/ Customer Service Representative to join their team. The selected individual will be responsible for collaborating with customers, prospects, and internal teams to develop tailored product specifications, quotations, and solutions. 

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of assigned engineered products and their applications.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations and technical documentation.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person visits or tradeshows.
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-high school education highly preferred.
• Minimum of one-year previous experience in sales, customer service, or project management required. 
• Familiarity with technical drawings or CAD preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic and basic algebra required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate records in a CRM system.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
