Job Summary:

Coordinate clinical care, clinical research studies, and patient education programs for the Cardiovascular Medicine service line. Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up.

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant coursework/specialized training in Nursing.
• 2 years nursing experience.
• Registered nurse with current licensure or licensure eligible.
• Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word,Microsoft PowerPoint,Microsoft Outlook

 

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with other team members
• Solid organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of current nursing procedure, techniques, and practices
• Able to do physical assessment as appropriate.
• Computer literacy and proficience.
• Utilization of knowledge and skills related to meeting age-specific needs of patient population served within the scope of the job description. Age specific populations served include Adult (18-65) and Geriatric (65 and older).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Clinical research with experience with complex protocols (such as the ICU or special care units).
• BLS, ACLS, GCP/CITI
• Microsoft 360, Remote Access, Adobe, ADIS, SAP, CTMS, NEHII, Blackboard, Canvas application

 

• Past clinical research skills and knowledge preferred
