Job Summary:

Lead FPBCC event planning and coordination efforts within the institution and throughout the state. Will oversee the execution and evaluation of special events for the Cancer Center, including External Advisory Board Meetings, Grand rounds, FPBCC symposiums and fund-raising events

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.
  • 2 years experience planning, coordinating events and/or projects to include writing articles, correspondence and proofreading.
  • Microsoft Outlook,Microsoft Excel,Microsoft PowerPoint,Microsoft Word

 

  • Excellent organizational skills and project coordination skills.

  • Develop and design experience in the following:
    • Budget
    • Timeline
    • Special guests, speakers/presenters
    • Reservations/Travel
    • Payments/Invoices
    • Communication
    • Target audience
    • Desire Outcomes
  • Microsoft Project
